Terms of Use

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any paid membership, including a Pro membership.
• If you are under 18, you may not purchase a paid membership and you may only use the Services if you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You agree you are allowed to use the Services under the laws that apply to you and where you live.
• We may refuse service, suspend access, cancel memberships, or void participation in challenges if we reasonably believe you do not meet eligibility requirements.

LockedUp Sports is a sports picks game with a video game mindset. Your profile tracks gameplay stats (like wins/losses, streaks, coins, and participation) across time.

The Services are provided for entertainment purposes. Coins, stats, and “wagers” (if referenced in the Services) are gameplay mechanics only and do not involve real money.

LockedUp Sports is not a sportsbook, casino, or gambling operator. We do not accept or pay out real-money bets. We do not offer odds-based cash payouts. We do not provide real-money wagering.

Any paid membership is for access to features and experiences inside the game (for example, access to certain challenges), not for wagering.

We’re not your lawyer. Nothing here is legal advice.

• Coins and similar in-app items are gameplay points used inside the Services.
• Coins have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and are not transferable.
• The Services may include gameplay “speed limits” designed to encourage responsible play (for example: wager increments, max wager caps, and lock periods).
• We may adjust, limit, suspend, reset, or remove coins and gameplay items to fix errors, enforce rules, prevent abuse, or maintain the Services.

The Services can include rules and constraints that shape gameplay. For example, a mode may require wagers in increments (like 5 coins), set a maximum wager (like 25 coins), or apply a lock period after a loss (for example: 7 days).

Those rules are part of the game. They can change by mode, season, or feature release. The current rules for each mode are displayed in the Services.

If something clearly breaks (bug, incorrect grading, data feed errors), we may correct it, including adjusting related stats or coin balances.

LockedUp Sports may offer a paid membership (“Pro”) that provides access to additional features, experiences, and/or entry to certain limited challenges.

• Access product. Pro is a subscription for feature access. It is not a wager, bet, stake, or buy-in.
• No cash value. Pro does not purchase coins, does not increase coin value, and does not convert coins into money.
• No guaranteed outcomes. Pro does not improve your odds, guarantee wins, or guarantee any reward.
• Changes. We may add, remove, or modify Pro features over time, including changing which challenges are available to Pro members.
• Third-party billing. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Your payment information is handled by that provider under their policies.
• Eligibility. Pro is available only to users who meet the eligibility requirements in these Terms (including age).
• No refunds for access time. Except where required by law, charges are non-refundable for partially used subscription periods and unused access time.

If we reasonably believe a Pro purchase violated these Terms (for example, age ineligibility, fraud, or abuse), we may cancel the Pro membership, restrict access, and void related participation.

• You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure.
• Don’t share accounts, sell accounts, or use someone else’s account.
• If you believe your account was compromised, email info@lockedupsports.com.

LockedUp Sports is meant to be competitive, clean, and fun. You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, automation, or scraping.
• Exploit bugs, loopholes, or timing issues.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or outcomes through coordinated abuse.
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

We can pause features, void activity, remove content, or correct stats/coins when needed to keep the game fair.

Some features may include limited-entry challenges (for example: “Sprints”) and non-cash rewards (“drops”). If offered, each Sprint can have its own rules, eligibility requirements, and verification steps, shown inside the Services.

• Drops are non-cash and not redeemable for cash.
• We may require reasonable verification to confirm eligibility and fair play before awarding a drop.
• We may substitute a drop with a similar item if availability changes.
• A trophy or similar badge shown in the Services indicates a Sprint win (or another in-game achievement) and has no cash value.

If you submit content (like a profile image, display name, or messages), you grant us a limited license to host, display, and use it only as needed to operate and improve the Services.

You’re responsible for what you submit. Don’t upload anything you don’t have rights to use.

The Services (including the design, branding, software, and content) are owned by LockedUp Sports or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Services except where allowed by law.

The Services may link to third-party sites. We’re not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any data will always be accurate or available.

Sports data, schedules, lines/spreads, and results may come from third parties and can change or be corrected.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, LockedUp Sports will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us (if anything) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend and indemnify LockedUp Sports from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We’re committed to making the Services accessible to as many users as reasonably possible. We are continuously working to improve accessibility and usability across our website and features.

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the Services or you have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at info@lockedupsports.com and include (if possible) the page URL and a short description of what happened.

We do not guarantee that every part of the Services will be fully accessible at all times, but we will make reasonable efforts to address accessibility concerns in a timely manner.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to provide us written notice of any claim, concern, or issue related to the Services (including accessibility concerns) and allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and cure before initiating any formal proceeding.

Notices should be sent to info@lockedupsports.com and should include your contact information, the specific page(s) involved, and the nature of the issue.

If we can’t resolve it informally, you and LockedUp Sports agree to bring any claim in your individual capacity (not as a class action), to the maximum extent allowed by law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, abused the Services, or created risk for other users or the platform.

If your access is suspended or terminated, coins and gameplay items may be reduced, reset, or forfeited as part of enforcement or error correction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

Unless prohibited by applicable law, you agree that any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
